I’m honored to have this Turquoise Swan Mug and a classic Bare Bones Mug featured in Geaux Cups II at the vibrant Clay Center of New Orleans. Juried this year by Jen Allen, “Geaux Cups,” is an annual juried group exhibition of ceramic drinking vessels. The title is a spoof on New Orleans’ infamous plastic “go-cup,” the portable alcohol container that allows adults to imbibe on the city’s streets. A festive show in a festive city!
