Other Exciting News I will be out of the studio in March and April attending an 8-week concentration class at the Penland School of Crafts in Penland, NC. One of my inspirations, Cynthia Bringle (a “NC Living Treasure”) will be teaching. What an amazing experience this will be. Watch for postings on my FB page as the Penland experience unfolds!…
I’m honored to have several photos included in this wonderful book about pottery and cooking ~ In the Potter’s Kitchen by Sumi von Dassow. Check it out!
I’ve just delivered a lovely grouping of pieces to the Mark of the Potter in N. Georgia. They have a treasure trove of great functional pottery in a beautiful location nestled along the Soque River near Clarksville, GA. Check out their FB page for a preview of the goods.
It has been a busy fall! I’m excited to have had my work chosen for shows at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Art in Auburn, AL and at Strictly Functional Pottery National in PA. Upcoming in January I have a piece in an amazing show, ‘Beyond the Brickyard’ at the Archie Bray Foundation in Montana…Lots going on! Thanks for all the support!
